Hey guys, I’m doing a quick update here on the status of the first book and where the serial will be going for the second book. It’s quick admin-y things so this post will be open to all.
Marked for Death
I’ll be expanding the book from its original online content on Patreon. Any Patreon members from before November 2017 will receive the new ebook version absolutely free once it’s ready. What’s there on Patreon will remain, so if you want to read the original version (OMG), it’s available for Patreon members.
I don’t have a release date for this book yet. I’m still working my way through revisions, and it needs a cover and a blurb and all that nice stuff that comes with publishing. I will announce it on my newsletter as soon as I do have a set release date. I’m aiming for early 2018, though, so let’s see how it goes. LOL.
Marked to Kill
Marked to Kill will be the second book in the serial. I’m writing it now as I revise the first book. This book will be posted for Patreon members only, and once it’s concluded, they will receive the final compiled version before it hits retailers. I have no set date for this book’s release onto retailers yet. I will probably start posting it here once I release the first book onto retailers though.
Posts will probably be 1-2 times a month, depending on my time and how much I have of it to give. But the aim is to be consistent until the book is completed.
Status of the Serial
I feel like I need to make this part very clear, just so I’m not upsetting anyone with what they think is a surprise.
For now, I am treating this serial as a side project.
It’s something I get to do when my main writing projects are caught up. The bigger it gets, the more it pays for itself, the more time I can devote to it and make it what I want it to be. But for now, it’s something fun for me to play with.
One more thing…
This story is different from what I normally publish. It’s not straight-up regular romance, and it’s not straight thriller or suspense either. But it begs to be told, and I can’t ignore it anymore.
This is where we’re at. If this is your first time visiting Section Five, welcome. The ride will be begin soon, and I promise it’s going to be bumpy.
